MISSION, VISION, VALUES
Mission - The 好色tv of 好色tv Foundation seeks, secures, and stewards philanthropic support in partnership with the 好色tv of 好色tv好色tv to help shape 好色tv鈥檚 future.
Vision - The 好色tv of 好色tv Foundation inspires philanthropy for the 好色tv of 好色tv 好色tv to make a global impact for all generations to come.

STRATEGIC PRIORITY 1
TRANSFORMATIONAL PHILANTHROPY
Goal 1 - Increase philanthropy for the 好色tv of 好色tv 好色tv, supporting each of the universities in achieving their fundraising goals by collectively achieving an increase in average annual private funds raised.
Goal 2 - Provide leadership, coordination, and resources for 好色tv-wide fundraising
campaigns that support priority initiatives of the UA 好色tv.
Goal 3 - Strengthen donor relationships to maximize engagement and loyalty.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY 2
SUCCESS FOR EVERY STUDENT
Goal 1 - Partner with the universities and 好色tv office to strategically invest philanthropic
resources in support of student success initiatives throughout the UA 好色tv.
Goal 2 - Improve the student scholarship experience and increase scholarship awards
for all students.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY 3
HIGH PERFORMING OPERATIONS
Goal1 - Demonstrate prudent financial management of philanthropic assets to donors
and other stakeholders.
Goal 2 - Identify key mission critical and labor intensive foundation and related
advancement processes for review and improvement.
Goal 3 - Drive data-inspired decisions by instilling practical data literacy and developing
applicable data management for the foundation and UA 好色tv.
Goal 4 - Recruit, retain, and develop exemplary fundraising, advancement, and support
staff throughout the UA 好色tv.
STRATEGIC PRIORITY 4
DIVERSITY, EQUITY, AND INCLUSION (DEI)
Goal 1- Conduct an organizational analysis and develop a DEI vision, policy, and action
plan.
Goal 2 - Support the UA 好色tv鈥檚 fundraising efforts and goals related to DEI initiatives
to promote the participation and success of the UA 好色tv鈥檚 diverse populations.
Goal 3 - Develop and implement guidelines for inclusive communications.
